Input source switcher · macOS
Give every shortcut its own short list of keyboard layouts. Fn flips between English and Spanish. Need French or German too? They get a shortcut of their own, and never get in the way.

Press again for the next layout
A group is an ordered list of layouts with a shortcut. Press it and Langouste moves to the next layout in the list, wrapping around at the end.
If you are typing in a layout that is not in the group, the shortcut brings you to its first one. A group with one layout simply selects it.
Keep Fn for the pair you use all day and put the rest on shortcuts of their own. Switch Langouste off and the system shortcuts are back.
Settings
Press the field and then the keys you want. Add layouts from the ones enabled in macOS, reorder them with the arrows, and add another group when you need one.
While Langouste is active it takes the keys you recorded. Set “Press 🌐 key to” to Do Nothing in System Settings › Keyboard, and turn off any system shortcut that uses the same keys, so the two do not fight.
To see the shortcut keys before other apps do. Langouste reads nothing you type; it only matches the shortcuts you recorded.
Choose Active in the menu bar menu. Langouste then passes every key through and the system shortcuts work as before.
